We aim to deliver your order within 25-30 working days. Working days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Shipping Method: Standard or express options.
  • Product Availability: Some items may take longer due to stock levels or customization.

For custom-made or pre-ordered products, delivery may take approximately 3-4 weeks, as these items are specifically crafted for you or restocked before shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  1. Destination (domestic or international).
  2. Shipping method (standard or express).
  3. Weight and size of the package.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, including to the USA, Canada, Europe, and other regions. Please note:

  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance and additional logistics.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following:

Returns

You may return your order for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. For Christmas purchases, this period is extended to 30 days after Christmas.
Exceptions:

  • Custom-made items or engraved products cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturer’s fault.

To initiate a return, please send the following details along with the item:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for Return
  3. Fault Details (if applicable)

Exchanges

If the size or color is incorrect, you can:

  1. Place a new order for the replacement item and return the unsuitable item for a refund.
  2. Alternatively, return the item to us for an exchange, and we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.

We recommend combining shipping for replacement items with additional purchases to save on costs.

Custom-Made Orders

Customized or tailor-made orders may take 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. This timeline ensures we provide you with a high-quality product crafted to your specifications.

Guidelines for Returns

To ensure smooth processing of returns/exchanges:

  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items must be free from odors, pet hair, and damage.
  • Secure, protective wrapping should be used to return the items.

For international returns, clearly label the package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs delays or extra charges.
