Refundable Items

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving a defective product.
  2. Returns, replacements, and refunds are only valid within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns or replacements.
  4. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
  5. Only defective items are eligible for return or replacement.
  6. If the issue is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping and delivery fees.

Note: Before initiating a return or replacement, you must send images of the defect to [email protected] for verification.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements:

  3. Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  4. Orders canceled after they have been shipped.
  5. Bulk orders (more than two products ordered simultaneously).

    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
  • Shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
